After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Melvin developed his cooking chops under the disciplined leadership of restaurant industry giants like Ruth's Chris and Maestro's Steakhouses. He then went on to be the Sous Chef of a Latin fusion restaurant in Los Angeles where he earned his creative stripes. With three children at home serving as the Ace up his sleeve, he brings tried and true healthy, and kid-pleasing food to our schools.
