SNP has BLD covered – breakfast, lunch, dinner (and snacks too). We are a full-service caterer specializing in the unique needs of charter schools. Don’t have a kitchen on site? No worries – we can deliver delicious meals we prepare offsite. Have a kitchen and need it staffed soup to nuts? We can do that, too.

Led by Le Cordon Blue-trained Executive Chef Brandon Neumen, our chefs we prepare nutritious and appetizing meals from scratch. Whether you choose an onsite or offsite solution, your students and teachers will love what our team of chefs prepare. Our “Fresh Picked” program supports local farmers and vendors by delivering food straight from the farm to the school. Every meal includes a serving of fruit and vegetables, and we offer vegetarian and ethnic cuisine menu options, too.

OUR STORY

There are all sorts of reasons people start a business.  For SNP founder Emily Burson, it was all about service.  

As a Food Service Director for one of the most prominent food service companies in the world, Emily loved her work.  But she discovered that the large size of the organization meant she couldn’t deliver the type of one-on-one service she believed her clients deserved.

What if she could provide a boutique level of attention to clients, combined with the kind of farm-to-table cooking she was passionate about?  She took the leap and School Nutrition Plus was born.

Today, with business partner and executive chef Brandon Neumen on board, SNP makes and serves more than a million meals a year and delivers the kind of one-on-one service that Emily and Brandon believe every account deserves.  It’s the “Plus” that makes SNP much more than just school nutrition.
